chest pressure

I was awakened by strong pressure on my chest.  I had a double bypass in 2001, with one small artery left untreated.  I rarely have chest pain, maybe once a year.  This was a different feeling, more pressure than pain, radiating up through my shoulder and chin.  I took a nitro, waited five minutes, felt a little better.  Then I took another, felt much better, then read myself to sleep.  By the next morning, I felt completely fine.  Should I go in to the emergency room now, 24 hours later?

If you were awakened with chest pain(when you are at rest) and it is relieved by nitro back to back, then there is something going on.Call your heart doctor asap and if you have not been followed on a regular basis by a heart doctor then get to an ER or follow instructions by your GP or the heart doctor.
