How are you? Cialis or tadalafil relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body. This is often indicated for erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).  If there is  history of heart disease or heart rhythm problems,   a Cialis dose adjustment or special tests prior to intake may be indicated.
