circulation problems

I'm a dibetic (for 25 years) on pills and fairly well controlled.  I had by-pass surgery in 1997 for severe blockage to the
main artery but have never had problems since then.  I have recently began to have a little stinging in the lower legs and
a burning on the bottom of my feet.  Is there anything I could do to keep this from turning into something that would give
me more severe problems?  Maybe some supplements that would be helpful.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to make a diagnosis only by symptoms alone and really requires a throrough history and physical examination. However, in someone with longstanding diabetes as well as coronary artery disease with your symptoms - I would be most concerned about diabetic neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease (i.e. claudication). Both of these are treatable but should be evaluated further by your physician to make the correct diagnosis and appropriate management strategy.
