cold legs

cold legs

For the past six months I've suffered from cold legs from the knee down. The legs are equally cold. It is relieved temporarily by exercise. There is no pain in exercise. The pulse is normal. The skin and hair are normal. I have never suffered from this before. Socks make no difference. The legs are least cold when I wake up but haven't yet gotten out of bed.

I must emphasize they do not just feel cold. They feel like SOMETHING IS WRONG cold. The inside of my thighs are cold to the touch.

My blood sugar has always been < 100.

It has become INTOLERABLE.

It does sound like a circulation problem.  You should see your doctor as soon as possible.  What is your blood pressure?  I have seen people with poor circulation still have normal pulses.
