coma after heart surgery (hole in the heart surgery)
My boyfriend just had his heart surgery this morning. Her sister told me that during the operation, he almost died, the monitor had flat lines. He was given two shocks and fortunately, he responded and the monitor had changes too. He is now in a stable condition and being monitored. The doctors said that there's a possibility that he's going to be in coma for a few days. Is that normal? Will he have memory loss? How long would it take to have him back to normal? I'm so much worried.. Will he remember me? :( thank you.
