coronary artery disease

a 62 yr old male for checkup past hx of hypertension and hyperlipidemia family history + for CAD pt is symptomatic Stress test suggest CAD arteriography 75% Distal RCA stenosis Normal ejection and normal wall motion what treatment options

What treatment does the doctor suggest?  I had blockages of 75%,, 80%, 90% and 99% and had angioplasty done and had stents put in instead of doing the bypass surgery.  i would suggest having angioplasty done so they can get a better look and see if stenting is the best option for you.  Better be safe then sorry.
