coumadin,pletal,plavix

I am 18 months post cabg. 3 graphs failed had bare metal stint. i was taken off plavix recently and kept on coumadin and pletal, do i still need plavix? I also take aspirin and play competitive tennis 5 times a week

Plavix is usually given for 12-18 months because there is really no evidence to suggest there are any benefits gained by taking it for longer periods. It will have done the job it was required to do by now.
