coumadin

My husband has been on coumadin for several years due to arrythmias His INR has remained stable but skin on both forearms has become very sensitive,bruises easily, and is easily torn is there anything that can be done to help improve skin integrity? vitamins?Lotions? creams?have use vitamin e lotion with only little sucess
