I am on coumadin and my levels go up and down even through I take my correctCorrect (new formula) dosage everyday. There are alot of different reasons why the levels change, that is why you have to have blood work so often. I think the main reason for your coumadin levels changing is your diet. You have to stay consistent with what you eat. The slightest change can alter your numbers. Whenever my levels are low I never have any symptoms.
