I am assuing that you have a hydatid cyst.  Thes cysts (echinococcosis) are caused by larvae of Echinococcus granulosus.  They lodge in the heart and are typically in the ventcular wall.  Occasionally, they may affect the septum.  It is therefore possible for them to cause murmurs because of the possibility of distoring the ventricular geometry.  In such a situation, one would probably recommend surgical removal of these cyst.  These cysts also have a tendency to rupture into the pericardium which may lead to release of various chemicals which ultimately may lead to anaphylactic shock, a serious condition.  Surgical intervention is the only definitive therapy where these cysts get resected.  You should probably consider getting a second opition from an expericenced cardiologist at a surgical center that deals with this.  This is a very rare condition so only a few places know how to deal with this.  We have seen them here at the Cleveland Clinic.
