davids bicuspid aorta with 3.9 aortic aneurysm

I've been diagnosed w/ lupus anticoaguolate hypertension bicuspid  aorta valve with a 3.9 aortic aneurysm ascending also artery desease I've had 3 tia's and now i've started having seisures. Doctor says he will operate at 4.5. does this sound about right to you guys.

A 4.5 cm aortic aneurysm is about the smallest that most surgeons will operate on, so yes that sounds about right to me.  Most surgeons will wait until the aneurysm gets to 5.0 or even 5.5 on most patients before operating, but with the lupus and bicuspid syndrome, it is considered reasonable to operate sooner.  Either the lupus or bicuspid syndrome could weaken the tissue of the aortic  wall, putting you at greater risk than the average person for the aneurysm to rupture or dissect.  So it sounds to me like 4.5 is a good target, and you are getting knowledgeable care.  Good luck.
