diagnosis

i am an 18 year old girl dealing with minor health problems. my grandmothers both had heart attacks, mom and sister have m.v.p. and other sister has asthma. problems first occured with a panic attack late last year and have contiuned until now. pain erupts around the sternum and left side,usually during strenuous activity. although it also occurs at night. what is this??

This very well be MVP.  I would have this evaluated by your physician.  It is unlikely that this is a heart attack.
