dilated aortic root arrhythmia treatment

I have been diagnosed with dilated aortic root arrhythmia. My regular physician is sending me to cardiologist but I am curious about what the treatment is. I do not have high blood pressure and it is dilated to 4.2. I am 45 years old - non smoker.

Not sure if I have a biscupid. The Ct is being done next week. I saw the cardiologist today and it is strange to him that my bllod pressure is not elevated.

Generally, an aortic root greater than 4.0 cm is consdiered an aneurysm, and if the aneursym is growing (>5.0 cm) surgery begins to be considered to prevent a possible rupture.

Treatment is to control blood pressure and no heavy lifting or isometric exercise.  Do you have a bicuspid aorta valve?
