do i have a heart disease or is it just stress?

I was sent to ER after having presyncope (mostly lightheadedness) episodes. X-Ray, BP, and Blood Work and EKG is done and all returned normal.

Went to see my PCP. Per PCP, I have a low LDL levels so I shouldnt worry about heart disease and stated that my heart disease is due to stress. Could this be right?

ER Doctor suggested Neurologist, so even though PCP don't recommend it, I went to see a neurologist and he ran MRI and EEG to make sure. Results came back negative.

Now I am having episodic chest pains accompanied with SOB and the lightheadedness that I have initially. Am I right all along that I have a heart disease and my PCP misdiagnosed me? I will be seeing a cardiologist in 3 weeks which is of course not recommended by my PCP.

I doubt seriously if you have any form of heart disease at this point, it would be extremely rare for some one as you describe. See the cardiologist for peace of mind, most likely anxiety.

You do not mention a family history of heart disease or problems of blood pressure or obesity.  Taken in the context of your youth and the number of tests you have already had, then the lightheadedness, shortness of breath, and the kind of chest pain you describe are absolutely *not* diagnostic hallmarks of heart disease for you.   They are, however, characteristic of anxiety.

By all means, see a cardiologist.  But if he/she tells you that you're OK in the heart department, you are.  You might, however, benefit from a little counseling to help you with anxiety and stress.

my grand father died due to cardiomegaly... I am a bit overweight. 5 foot 9, 176 lbs, BMI 26. I do NOT smoke NOR take any drugs (both illegal and legal). Only taking vitamins. That is the reason why this is all sad for me because I always been healthy my entire life. I go biking and gym at least 2-3 times a week. It all started November when I stopped going to the gym, because I got busy at work.

Like I mentioned this is episodically. When I have these episodes, I also feel numbness from my neck radiating to the back of my head. It doesnt make any sense
