i some times get thumping in chest like my heart races then suddely stops and i think my heart stoped but it as not i some times get hot its realy frightening im 62 over weight my feet get hot and swell some times thy seam a lot worse in summer time not in winter i do feel tired faSTER AS WELL thank u chris
