dosage of Lexiscan cardiolite stress test

I was told the the dosage for this test was standard for everyone. Does it make sense to give them dosage to a 91 year old vs a 55 year old woman?
the stress test I took was 0.4 mg of lexiscan followed by  cardiolite injection( 27.9 mCi of technetium Sestamibi)  per protocol.
for the rest study: 4.2 mCi of thallium 201 were administered.

I have not been the same since. Experiecing rushes after taking any medication. Kept changing medication medication
thinking it was intolerance to new Rx.     i'm hypothyroid  and now I seem to be producing thyroid, is this a side effect ?

The dose of the lexiscan is standard. The dose of the technitium and thallium are also usually standard unless there in very large patients protocols may be different.  These medications leave the system quickly and have not been reported to exacerbate any thyroid conditions.
