dull pain in chest neck pain when sitting for long time.

hi im a 29 yr old male bp of 124/70 good cholesteral //blood work ive had this dull aches in the right side of my chest now for well over a month also moves to the center of my chest i sort of feel a dull aches when i push or try to pinpoint the pain it is just annoying ive been to my doctor and he says could be a pinched nerve in neck or chest my work involves some lifting also have neck pain when sitting in for long periods like driving,, just worried about it being something serious hasnt gotten any worse but isnt better either. only aches mainly when sitting dosent affect sleep of work.. thank you for your time  any comments would be apprecited
