I will try to make this as short as possible.
  Last year about a week before thanksgivng while shopping with my mom I started to have chest pains and within 2 minutes I became very lighheaded and almost lost consciousness, I sat down and the pain became more intense and I felt as though I couldnt breath  the pain seemed go into my shoulder and neck almost seemed like a giant cramp.  I seriously thought I was dying the pain lasted all the way home,   my mom couldnt get my to go to the hospital,   at home I just went to bed  and stayed there for 5 days  I finally started to feel a better, with slight discomfort.
  Then christmas morning I woke up and had chest pains and felt dizzy but no were near as bad as the previous time,  but this time I got scared and let my mom take me to the hospital, there they said I had a pneumothorax,  which explained my pain b

Your letter appears truncated. From what I gather, you have had recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax. An evaluation by a pulmonologist (a lung doctor) would be a good idea. A pneumothorax can cause ecg abnormalities, if that was your question.
