EKG machines are computers and when all measurements are within range, they read “unremarkable” even if numbers are close to abnormal...i.e. a heart rate over 100bpm is abnormal, but a bpm at 99 is normal and may not be a medical problem.  Requires an evaluation that includes medicl history, symptoms and other signs to make a diagnosis.

Right axis deviation can be a normal finding in young healthy people or tall people.  It can be right heart hypertrophy (enlargement), can be due to a heart block (cause arrhythmia); destrocardia...Dextrocardia is an abnormal congenital positioning of the heart.

An EKG requires supporting evidence from another source together with corroberating evidence of relevant symptoms, signs and other tests.

PVCs can  be successfully treated, and usually are not life threatening been scary and very annoying.

No, I don't have arrhythmatic disorders.  I consider myself fortunate in that regard!!
