echo results- interperter please

because of the murmur, they ordered an echo for a VISA application.  Results
1.  Doppler evaluation of the heart valves with color mpaaing showed no significant valvular abnormaty (good, yes?)
2.  No significant gradient across aortic valve (good, yes?) and no significant valvular abnormality (good, yes?)
3.  Trivial mitral and trace of tricuspid regurgitation  (no big deal, good, yes?)
4.  RV systolic pressure normal, atrial septum intact  (good, yes?)
5.  Normal LV systolic function (good, yes?)
6.  Very Mild aortic sclerosis without stenosis (no big deal, good, yes?)
7.  Sclerosis of the cusps but adequate opening (good, yes?)
8.  Mitral leaflets were thinned and sclerotic but also opened normally (good, yes?)
9.  Left Ventricle of norma size, right ventrical was normal deminsion with normal systolic function (right on, yes?)
10.  2D LA 20cm. RA 15cm  (just the right size, yes?)
there is more but all the measurements seemed inside the range the report printed.  Ejection Fraction 75%- all good to go?

All seems good to me!  Sharon can start to pack her suitcases!:)
When I moved from Austria to Canada,  I never seen the result of my health exams,  but they sent it to emigration and  we were on the airplane a month or so later. We got only the bill. Canada was not that hard on people health condition as I heard Australia was, but that was long time ago, don’t know about these days.
