echo results

can someone tell me what this means? my echo results read as folloew:

does any of this point to  diastolic dysfunction or Left vebtricular probles?

I had a 64 slice ct scan with contrast done right after this and the cardiologist found :
EF 54% and expressed "normal LV function", END DIASTOLIC VOL 177ML, END SYSTOLIC VOL 81ML,
MYOCARDIAL INDEX 1G/KG, MYOCARDIAL MASS 228G, MYOCARDIAL VOL 216ML, STROKE VOL 96ML, STROKE INDEX 35ML/b/m2, , CARDIAC OUTPUT 5.7 L/MIN, CARDIAC INDEX 2.1 L/MIN/m2, HEART BEAT 59bmp
Total calcium score for 4 arteries is 1639

I not a doctor, but a couple of things stand out. First off is that you seem to have some mild LVH as your LV wall thickness is 1.4cm and should be 1.2 cm or less. Also, your Left Atrium is enlarged at 4.4 cm and should at 4.0 cm or less, although the Atrium readings are often misleading. I'm sure others with more knowlege will answer as well.
