Trace of regurgitation (leak) is not medically significant, and almost always will not progress or cause a problem.

RVSP is right ventricle systolic pressure.  A high value would indicate the rightside of heart is pumping against high resistance.  The high resistance would/could indicate stiff pulmonary vessel wall, possible blood clot, lung clots, etc.  The estimated mean (average) value for RVSP, measuring with an echo doppler the tricuspid jet velocity, is 24 mmHg and greater than 35 mmHg can indicate high pulmonary pressure and would be considered a medical problem.

There doesn't appear to be any medical problems.  Hope this helps.  Take care.
