echocardiogram findings

hi,
please help me understand echo stress test findings. EKG part is all fine, but echocardiogram
found these:

rest echo study: no resting wall motion abnormalities noted.
immediate post exercise echo study:
increased wall motion and systolic thickening of all left ventricular segments with decrease in end-systolic dimension. (visual estimate)  Apical lateral segment, basal lateral wall and mid lateral wall are hypokinetic.

impression: stress echocardiogram positive for ischemia.

I have to add that just before test I got my panic attack and have shortness of breath and weak legs. I have anxiety BTW. thanks for comments

one more thing, my resting EF was 60% and after stress test 80%
