echocardiogram report ???

I had an echo a couple of weeks ago and my primary doctor set me up an appointment for a month away put me on blood pressure meds and didnt explain to me my results so here is what i have if anyone could explain this to me i would be so greatful.
ef slope- 60, aortic valve separation 19,end diastolic diameter 46, end diastolic diameter 31, e point-septal seperation 14, posterior wall 9, intraventricular septum 10, right ventricle 25, left atrium/aorta 1.17,pericardial effusion aorta 32, pericardial thickening 37.
Interpretation: technically marginal study
                     Normal thickness left ventricle with an ejection fraction that is calculated at 45% with global hypokinesis.
                     trace mitral regurgitation
                     mild tricuspid regurgitation
