You may want to ask your dentist about using novocaine without epinephrine. For some people, the pepinephrine sets off the palps. Good luck!
During a c-section, I tried a then experimental "pain pump" (the Que), which was a thin catheter of marcaine or lidocaine placed just under the skin to help with "incisional pain" once the spinal wore off. I developed a-fib just a few hours later and have since battled pvc's, pac's and one more a-fib episode. NEVER had the probs before the surgery. One doctor that the anesthetic led to it. Of course, many others thought not. I am due for a dental exam and will probable need a filling replaced. Yikes!! I am glad to read your post and the suggestions offered will help me very much as well. God Bless!!
