edge restenosis between two stints

What is the probably of a 50% restenosis between two stints in the LAD becoming less than 50% over time. It is scar tissue. Can it erode? Or is it more than likely not to become less.

That is very unlikley because we think of it as scar and scars usually don't remodel.  There really aren't any oral medicatins that are effective enough to play a significant role in prevention of stent restenosis.  Medication coated stents decrease the risk of restnosis but don't bring it down to zero.  It will not erode.
