ejection fraction 15

Hi my name is priten parikh i am from india my question is my dad problem heart angopalsty before 3 year he is problem ejection fraction 15 %  plz help me what is heart improve medicine  plz send me ans ....ok

With an EF of 15%, the likelihood of improvement is very low unless he had significant CAD which could then by bypassed with an operation.  This is a rare finding.  Most of the time the heart is scarred down and there is no room for improvement.  Medicine will help him feel better and there are cardiac devices such as a bi-ventricular pacemaker/defibrillator that may also help, but in specific cases.
