We are in the same boat/I am 59 post CAD AWMI LV dysfunction EF 28% .Currently suffering from sinus bradycardia(a rhythm disturbance) I have been advised pace maker surgery and follow ups. However I am deviating from it and trying out Siddha-Ayurvedic regimen to combat my ailment. The results are not yet evaluated.Yet I feel that there is much scope in Ayurvdic treatment. Keep in touch

Ejection Fraction commonly improves with good medications coupled with diet and exercise regimens, at least it did in my case.  Also, my Ejection Fraction improved after a pacemaker was inserted.  Is physical rehabilitation available to you?
