Is it better to place the limb leads on the limbs or trunk or does it even matter?

It is preferable to place them on the limbs as far apart from each other, but for some purposes such as stress tests this location may not be possible. In that case placing them on the trunk is acceptable, bu the sensitivity of the test is diminished.
