The sinus rhythm may be of no medical significance. It indicates a faster than normal heart rate and that may normal under the circumstances of the testing procedure, etc.
The EKG indicates there are necrotic (dead) heart cells in the inferior location due to past heart attack (infarct). The questions you may want answered what is medically significance of the necrotic heart cells in regard to a prognosis and present finding? Sometimes the heart pumps adequately with an impaired heart wall from an infarct.
What is the degree of stenosis (narrowing) of the vessels in the back of the heart? Can symptoms (chest pain, etc.) if any be controlled with medication without compromising quality of life?. Does the narrowed vessels require interventional treatment such as stents or a bypass?
Thanks for your question, and if you have further questions you are welcome to respond. Take care.
