ekg sinus rhythm t wave abnormality possible inferior ischemia
I had an ECG done today at the doctors office and it came back as follows: sinus rhythm t wave abnormality possible inferior ischemia. What does this mean and do I need to be worried?

It means that the rear of your heart is lacking oxygen, which is fed through the coronary arteries. Usually the back of the heart suffering ischemia means there is a blockage in either the posterior descending artery or the left circumflex and usually the lower end of either of those.
I assume they took blood tests to check your troponin levels, to make sure you are not having a heart attack. I think they will probably organise an Angiogram to investigate the coronary arteries from inside, and then deploy a stent if required.
