Ken is correct, rest assured, it was looked at before you left the office and if there were any issues there would have been follow up scheduled before you left.

An ekg usually has the computerized results immediately. The treating doctor and/or radiologist reviews and corelates the ekg output with symptoms and possibly other tests. If the ekg output shows a serious condition and other evidence support, there may be an immediate response...otherwise when they get around to making a report may vary depending on workload, etc.
Hope this helps reduce any stress you may have, or you can call the office for information. I always get a copy of any reports for my records.
