endocarditis effect

hi im a 23 year old female who had mitral valve replacment 11 years ago
after giving birth to my 2nd son I got infected with endocardites
Im still being treated with iv antibiotics ,this is my 5th week after TE
80% of the infection is gone but, the problem is that Im still very tierd and I
feel heart pain is that normal?
