excessive cramping - headaches -heartburn ?

I take verapamil and maxzide daily - ccb dieretic pills  
since iv been on them - iv been getting alot of needless and excessive shoulder and back cramping as well swelling
ankles - also get bad headaches in the forehead area -daily!!  then get real bad heartburn , like iv never had before !!
I also get bloating belly conditions and trapped gas ,happens whenever I eat anything or drink anything even water.
about the only thing that stops the cramping and gas and heartburn is taking a zantac 150 pill and 2 gas x pills  and
chewing 2 or 3 chewable anti acids pills and wash it down with water.  

I thought I never had these problems before, but im wrong as I keep records of side effects and problems I get or got !
found it .. 1986-1987  ccb procardia xl - caused the same problems !  plus caused me palpaitions to happen

to this day I can not understand why a Doctor would put me back on a ccb pill.. when I had so meny problems
simple - I did tell him , ( he didnt listen to me )  and didnt read my past medical records !  ahhhh..

just want to know , after typeing all this stuff..  anyone out there have the same problems or close to them ?
on verapamil or maxzide ???  ccb  dieretic meds ??
