extreme heat and pvcs- is there a relationship?

Well I just came back from the Carribean this last wk and had a great time with the family. I would have had an even better time if I wasn't bothered by pvcs. I noticed while out in the sun pvcs got worse. Once in the ocean they were "slightly" better.

Any ideas.

The only thing i could think of is if you got dehydrated in the warmer weather with more access to the sun.  Getting dehydrated is a PVC trigger for me.  I used to live in FLorida and the humidity never seemed to bother me or the heat but if I didn't have enough water I was a hurting unit.

Yep.  Heat will aggravate mine, and my husband hates being in direct sunlight because he heats right up and his heart pounds and he gets PVCs.  I've heard a lot of people here say this.

Can you explain the relationship with pvc's and digestive problem ...and the solution:-)

I live in a very warm climate, I've also noticed if it's too hot, it can aggravate PVCs, but I've also noticed the slightest chill even in the low 70s and thats cold where I live is even a bigger trigger for me.

Even though I rarely have PVCs anymore(knock on wood), I have narrowed down triggers to mostly digestive issues, anxiety, even thinking about them yes believe it or not if I've not noticed one in awhile and think about it BAM, I get one.I think sugar levels play a role also , just my personal observation.

Stomach being too full or empty, getting very hungry and going without food longer than you should then eating can cause palps, at least for me. Eating small amounts of food and often( eating little & often) , I have found helpful in keeping the palps at bay.Good luck, hope this helps.
