fast heart rate/racing heart rate

I am 35 and I have had racing heart before and the last 2 days it has really been racing, my heart rate as high as 130. My doctor keep saying it is anxiety, emotional. But I dont agree. I have Asthma and last time I saw her she took me off all my asthma meds, which I think is bad. Today she told me to go back on one of them. I am a Type I diabetic, I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Because of the diabetes in my family alot of family members have heart conditions, mostly CHF.
I have had stress test with and without the die, EkG's a couple of echocardiagrams..........
I see a therapist weekly also and my dr whom i havent been seeing long I moved so I changed, says everytime after I see my therapist I am physically sick, which of course isnt true.
Please and answers or advice would be greatly appreciated

asthma meds will raise your heart rate, as you know.  If you had every aspect of your heart checked and it is OK, then it more than likely is Anxiety.  I don't think we can advise over the internet.  Are your blood sugars under control?  Are you wheezing when off the asthma meds?
