fast heart rate

I am a 43 year old type 1 diabetic which I have had for over 35 years. I am not over weight, but lately I have been having a tightness in my chest, I will at times get light headed and kinda dizzy, and at times my heart seems to be beating fast and it kinda hurts. I have no insurance so I really can'y just run to the dr. if it is nothing but getting old. Do anyone have any clues?? Thanks

Can't you get one? Your age, diabetic, all that started you just posted about....I didn't mean to upset you..so please don’t take it personally, but from Canada where we have excellent care for ALL.,I can’t help but feel very sorry for those hundrieds of thousands having all sort of problems without insurance in other countries.
My recommendation get one very soon, before you get some real heart problem and will be harder or more expensive to get it. It is your life you pay for when you get an insurance. Good luck!
