feeling of a stream of cold water running down my leg and or arm

what  makes  you  feel  like  a  stream  of  cold  water   is  running  down  your  leg  after  you  have  some  of  these  pains  in  your  arm  or  leg...I  have  swelling  in  my ankles   and  bottom  part  of  my  leg  all    of  the  time,I'm   on  meds  for  conjested  heart  failure

Sounds like the sensations I had when the nerves were mending after my bypass surgery. Such things are hard to explain, mine felt like cold water running down the inside of my chest for about 2 weeks. Are you on diuretics to reduce fluid retention in the lower extremeties?

Your question is very non-specific.  Many things might cause your symptoms, such as nerve damage.  Why not keep a log of when these things happen (your position, meds taken, etc.) so that your doctor can help you get to the bottom of this?
