feeling hopeless in texas

i also have suffered from this frightening experience infact today i had a episode after going fishing and i began feeling tight in my chest (as normally happenes with this) and then short of breath and then the fluttery feeling ive been doing this off and on for 32 years and i have had the rate go to 270 beats per minutes and i feel im already dead!! if i eat and go to bed or go to the bathroom walk sometimes just bend etc..... i have them and have lived for years with them but i would never know whata the true heart attack or not cuz i have cheast pains dizzyness and on occasion arm pain been doing it years unfortnately is there anyone that can tell me what u do when ur getting disability like me but wont get medicare for 20 months from now and i dont qualify for medicaide and so therfore the hospital says cuz i own them money i cannot get testing there so i go to the er they say its "from nerves" and then they tried to put me on meds unfortunalty cuz i have a very weird disorder thats has devastated my life with no diagnosis and cant take meds with ot reaction sfrom nearly every thing i take  and not abke to go to a doctor cuz i owe money to the hospital and the clinics even though i offer to pay them 50.00 a month they all want 1,000 down ....i cant do it so im so worried now this heart thing amongst all the other bizzare symtopms i have had since i was 19 now 51 scare me to death infact im shocked im still alive and i hear nerves??? i think im very brave to not have rasied heck and just sit home and wonder when its all gonna take me but when i dont have it all i take advantage of it and use my time and do so much and i know me and its not nerves sure gettin g nervous can trigger it but 90% of the time it all comes on its own and if anyone has a idea for another site i can go on with possible metabloc genetic disorder uno since doctors are good at telling us "its all in our heads "or it wont kill us" its normal for us all to search on our own for a possible answer and uno some docs may  not tell u but if they get this thye would be scared too.anyone wanna chat i would be so happy if i can be of help as ive been thru this with the heart thing and so many other terrible things with no diagnosis for it and cant even take meds with out side affects so ive got a double whammy and have to suffer it all every day thanx a million for this site .
