first degree AV block

hi yall... i've been to the hospital on yesterday because i experienced pain in the hand, neck, and it feels as tho it was within the heart itself..... i felt tired and cold an i live in the caribbean lolz.... um the doc did an ecg an told me that its a first degree AV block but i think its caused by some underlying event happening and i;m so frightened can this be a heart attack in the making?

I also had a first degree heart block last year.  The block is due to your heart having problems with its electrical system.  Instead of calling my cardiologist, they had this quack of a neurologist tell me that I was suffering a complicated migraine.  Two months later under his care, I had a 3rd degree heart block and almost died.  After stabilizing me, they took me to the heart hospital and put a pacemaker in me.  Your AV block is serious.  You should be monitored by a cardiologist.  Problems with AV node are to be taken seriously.  (You have 2 nodes:  SA in your atria and AV in your ventricles).
