flushed face

I read in a medical magazine that flushed face may be caused by heart valve disease. For the last two years or so , my face and body turn very red about ten minutes after most meals. Also I become very red if under stress or am angry.  When I mentioned it to my doctor he said he had no clue what it might be.I appreciate any ideas as to possible causes.

Dear Einar,
It would be difficult for me to determine what causes this flushing.  It is unlikely to be a valular problem particularly in association with meals.
Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to make a diagnosis in this forum.
