These results are confusing without an interpretation.
1) Augmenting menas that your heart is contracting normally.
2) systolic volume decrease is normal. This means that your heart is squeezing and getting smaller.
3) this means that relative to the rest of the heart the side wall is not moving as vigorously. This is normal as much of the mass of the heart is in the front part of the heart.
4) Your resting ECG cannot determine ischemia. This is likely read by a computer that is programmed to over state changes.
