gamma surgery/vagal nerve

My husband had Gamma knife surgery of his acustic neuroma (behind the left ear) since the surgery he has been sick in the stomach and headache almost everyday. Could his vagal nerve been effected during the surgery? Would this cause his symptoms?

I am not sure.  You posted this question on the cardiovascular forum.  I am not sure that we are the best people to answer that.  I would probably try an oncology forum or your surgeon to answer that question.
