gated lexiscan myocardial perfusion scintigraphy

i recently had a gated lexiscan myocardial perfusion scintgraphy.The results looked ok but one thing I had a question on was under the heading  spect images it stated Mild perfusion defect was noted involving inferior wall.this was largley unchanged on the supine and prone stress images.Can you please tell me what this means. Thank you

Apparently you had a pharmacologic stress test.  The test indicated there was mild blockage usually due to plaque buildup of a vessel in the area stated. I don't know the significance of changing positions, but changing positions did not change the effect any change of stress images. If you were having chest pains, the perfusion defect might be the underlying cause.

With more information there could be a better understanding what is going on, but just based on the information provided there appears to be some vessel blockage.
