Oh btw, i was getting an insane number of pvc's one day like one after the other. And i went to the emergency room and as soon as I got in there as they were doing an ekg i got none. Its ridiculous.
I'm 45 male. Same happens to me. I have celiacs and get bloating really bad. When I eat and after meals my heart misses a lot of beats. Feels like crap. Magnesium Supplements have helped alot. My heart test are good. If the over crowding of your heart is not the problem, you could try mag. and potassium supps. Magnesium is very safe to try, and cheap. Be more careful with the potass. as it may relax your heart too much.
