harsh side effects !

Hello im new to this site , I have been on meny b.p medications for years -and have had problems with them all
from beta blockers to ace inhibbitors.  mostly harsh or adverse side effects happen to me. I found recently while being tested at allergic center, I was highly allergic to dairy products ,thus comes pills,they found my verapamil was coated
and had fillers made from dairy products ? thus allergic reactions happend to me.   my doctor meantime went on Vacation for 3months - Iv seen so far 2 new Doctors for help, but they wont change the medication im on? they say
its up to your primary doctor ??? thus passing the buck - I would say!   meantime I suffer from the allergic effects.

to move ahead, is there such thing as a patch to wear for diffrent b.p medications, and would they not have fillers used ,as its a patch and not a pill ???   so less chance of having side effects ! as from what iv found out , its mostly fillers in pills that cause the problems. and not the medication itself.    

I also wonder if there is somekind of Natural Medication that would lower b.p down , to near normal levels.
as most iv tryed over the years ,dont work !   thank you all for your kind help here.
