Well, yes, I'm sure folks have had their tachy come back. I've had 3 ablations and still have my PSVT plus ectopicsEctopic pregnancy. However, my tachy times are not nearly as severe as before. They range from 150-198 and usually last less than a minute, rarely up to 15 minutes. That's a nice improvement over what I had before. I choose not to take meds since I feel better without them (don't care for the side effects) and the tachy times don't bother me much. Then again, I've had them all my life so it's not a surprise when my heart dances a bit.
I passed out the other day but it does not feel the way it did before. It used to get up to 220 for an hour (the one time they had it while I was on a halter monitor) I am iffy about taking the beta blocker but I cant be passing out. I have children.
