I hit my head 2 days ago. I suffer no severe head aches but when I touch the area it tingles

If there is tinkling with touch it seems that would be due to contusion.  If the head injury is serious there can be a tinkling sensation due to a head and neck injury...symptoms of a concussion can be subtle and may not be immediately apparent. Symptoms and that includes a headache can last for days, weeks or even longer.

You may want to see a doctor depending on the severity of a blow to the head that can cause a blood clot.

Thanks for sharing,

Ken

Whit a head injury is always smart to see a doctor. Hope it is nothing, but I would stop at the local hospital emergency. Better to be safe.
