heart attack?

Hi , Im  28  year  old   lady , non smoker ,  drink  little.  I  had  stressful  days  and   one evening I  felt  mild  dull pressure  in  the centre of the chest   that  continued  for    hours.  Then   at night I  felt  burning sensation  in the upper chest   which  was spread  to  throat and  jaw ,  the discomfort  last 15minuites  or  so,  and  then  I  felt  burned  chocking feeling inside the throat,  with   bit cold sweats . In  the morning  I  looked pale  . Im not sure  if it heart  attack or heartburn  or  something  else.  I didnt experience any  shortness of breath, dizziness , fainting . I  even  think  that  it  could  be nerve demage . I  dont know...  WHen  I  looked my throat  in  the  morror,  I  see little red veins  has  appeared . Doctor  checked  only my blood  pressure  which  was  normal  and  refused to  do  further  checking of heart  , telling  that I might be  very  young to  have heart  attack. Please ,  help  me  to  understand  this  symthoms...  Thank You  in advance!

Your symptoms sound exactly like ones I've had on and off for years. By the time the pain hits my jaw it almost feels like all my tooth nerves are exposed.  Can only tell you what my diagnosis is every time it happens. I have had and still have a hiatal hernia (acid escapes from the stomach and goes up into the esophagus).  Also known as acid reflux.  The symptoms are very similar to that of a heart attack and very uncomfortable. What helps me are things like maalox, nexium, tums or some form of an antacid.  When you feel them coming on-sit up and if you can, try raising your bed up a little at night so the acid doesn't come up into your esophagus.  If it makes you feel any better at all, I've had a heart attack and although everyone's symptoms are different, I had NONE of those.

Hi , thank   You very much  for response,  It  just  hapened  to  me one  time  and  I  havent experienced  this more. Some months have past  since  this evening  and I   been  having  a  slight paleness eversince . After   this  day  I  have been  experiencing burning  feeling  in   my left  arm  and armpit   often  and    little swollen vein appeared  in the palm  of my  left hand.  Doctor  commented  it  to  be anxiety related.
May  be that  could be sign  of  acid reflux,  but I have read  that  in  case of  acid reflux You  often  have heartburn like  symthoms, me  NO...
