heart attacks

im 25 years old and a smoker for many years. there is no heart disease that runs in my family that im aware of. but at my age can i still have a heart attack...lately i get constant pain up and down my arms and into my shoulders then center of my chest hurts and it feels heavy but not real bad it kinda feels like heart burn.  the pain in my arms will only be in one arm at a time. the past 2 days the pain in arm and chest comes and goes..and i've read that in women symptoms are different sometimes than in men..im worried because the pain is becoming more frequent than it has been..

Although the medical profession does not give much weight to the probability of anyone below 40 to have coronary vessel occulusions (that would by the symptoms you are expressing), autopsies of returning military personnel from the Iraq war to have advanced coronary artery disease.
You should consult with a doctor regarding symptoms, as you could be vulnerable for a heart attack..
